Child freezes to death in Syria (VIDEO)

The winter is very harsh in Syria. Humanitarian aids can’t be delivered to cities under siege. In this video we see this little child freezing to death. Urgent help is needed for Syria but UN is just watching this crime just like they did once in Srebrenica and Ruanda.
